Where are you located?

We are based in Swakopmund, Namibia. Our campers can be collected in Swakopmund, and we also offer convenient pick-up options from Walvis Bay International Airport.

Do you offer airport pick-up?

Yes. We offer a complimentary shuttle service from Walvis Bay International Airport to our Swakopmund depot for camper collection. This makes arriving and starting your journey easy and stress-free.

Can I collect the camper in Windhoek?

Yes. Collection in Windhoek is available at an additional one-way fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange this option and confirm availability.

What is included in the camper rental?

Our campers come fully equipped at no extra cost. This includes sleeping facilities, cooking equipment, fridge, gas stove, microwave, 30" smart TV, off-grid solar power (220V), storage space, and essential camping equipment. A full equipment list is provided with your booking.

Are the campers suitable for gravel roads?

Yes. Our campers are designed and prepared for Namibia’s gravel roads and long-distance travel. However, restricted routes are not permitted unless specifically approved.

Is insurance included?

Yes. Full comprehensive insurance is available. Details of the insurance coverage and conditions will be provided before your trip.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required. The deposit is payable upon arrival when collecting the camper and is refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

What driving licence do I need?

A valid driver’s licence is required (code B). International travellers may use their national licence if it is in English or accompanied by an official English translation or international driving permit.

How old do I need to be to rent a camper?

The minimum driver age is usually 23 years, and drivers must have held a valid licence for at least two years. Please contact us if you are unsure whether you qualify.

How many people can sleep in the camper?

Our campers are ideal for two adults. Please check the specific camper description for exact sleeping capacity.

Can I travel anywhere in Namibia?

Most popular routes and destinations are allowed. Some restricted areas and cross-border travel require prior approval. Please let us know your planned route so we can advise you properly.

Is the camper suitable for off-grid camping?

Yes. Our campers are equipped for off-grid travel, including solar power, fridge, and water systems, making them ideal for camping in remote areas.
